	There are acres of fascinating vineyards and magnificent sights to see and photograph in the Hunter Valley so why not take some time out to explore them.

	Once the activities are over you can relax and enjoy the surroundings of our four-star hotel accommodation or if it's more your taste have a few refreshing drinks in the bar.
