SATURDAY
Wine Tasting and Cheese
	Spend a full day exploring some of Australia's most famous vineyards, sampling some of the best cheeses on offer and then washing it down with some of the best wines on offer. This tour departs from your hotel reception in the morning and visits 4-5 vineyards. Lunch is held at the region’s famous Golden Grape. Time permitting; we follow this up with some scrumptious cheese and chocolate tasting. Guests are dropped back at the hotel in the late afternoon.

	Enjoy a prepaid gourmet meal in one of the region's finest restaurants.

SUNDAY
Explore the Hunter Valley
	There are acres of fascinating vineyards and magnificent sights to see and photograph in the Hunter Valley so why not take some time out to explore them. Alternatively, spend some time on one of the Hunter Valley's award winning golf course.
